about the design process
Submit Order Form
- The design process begins with you sharing your vision. You can be as collaborative as you desire.
- All naturally occurring gemstones and pearls have subtle variations in size, color and shape ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike.
- Our finishes come in 14 karat yellow, white and rose gold, sterling silver, or 14 karat gold filled.
- While all sizing can be customized, necklaces are generally 16” or 18” long with the option of an extender chain (to be worn at multiple lengths). Bracelets are 7” for women or a unisex size of 9”. Anklets are made in a 9” diameter.

- Our team will review your request, and reach out to discuss details and receive payment before starting the design process
- Some projects require more conversation and photos, while others are ready to order
Payment is sent
- Payment must be received before starting the design process
- Payment includes both the price of your jewelry and shipping
- Lead times are based on the intricacy of the project
- Shipping rates are calculated through USPS priority mail and all packages are insured at their full value to protect the merchandise
Designs are finalized & shipped
- Photos of your jewelry will be emailed prior to being shipped for your final approval
- Insured tracking will be sent once the order goes out

Repairs
Jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for a repair on any Leslie Cooper Designed jewelry item please email leslie@lesliecooperdesign.com. Please reference your name, address, details on the repair needed and a photo of the damaged piece.
All sales are final. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by defects. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Returns
We do not accept returns as all our jewelry is custom handmade to order. Certain exceptions may be exchanged for credit or revised to meet your specifications, with our prior approval. Please email leslie@lesliecooperdesign.com
Jewelry care
Chains:
Just like other fine chains, both our cable and ball chains can be delicate and should be treated with the utmost care. Do not pull or tug on them. Chains should be treated delicately in order to prevent damage.
14k gold:
Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes and perfumes when wearing Sydney Evan jewels. Their application may cause the metal to tarnish.
14k gold filled and sterling silver:
Although our 14k gold filled is a high quality item, like sterling silver, they are prone to tarnish if exposed to the air & elements. Each piece is sold with an anti tarnish pad that, when kept together, will keep the jewelry shiny for many years.
When cleaning fine jewelry it is always best to leave it to a professional as many home cleaning methods may cause damage.
